WHAT IS A COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER (TRSM)
Within the framework of the community-based mental health model, patients with severe mental disorders (psychotic disorders, bipolar mood disorders) are provided with psychosocial support services, to be followed up and to hospitals belonging to the Ministry of Health in order to provide their treatment in an integrated way with home health services, and to provide their social rehabilitation. Centers operating in connection with it are called TRSM (Community Mental Health Center).

Regular follow-up of patients' drug use with appropriate diagnosis and treatment
Providing individual and group therapy to patients by experts
Raising awareness of the patient and his family about the disease through psychoeducational follow-up

ACCEPTANCE TO THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER (TRSM):
Our center provides services for those with chronic mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis).
The patient himself or his relatives can apply to the COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER. Patients who are approved to be admitted to the center can register to the CENTER by documenting their Disease Status with a HEALTH REPORT.
